Meet Roberta

Whether we're working online or in person, I'll make sure you're comfortable with every step of the loan process.
Working on your behalf at Bell Mortgage allows me to offer competitive rates and low lender fees, while also offering in-house processing and the ability to close loans as quickly as you need to. Most of my business comes from realtor partners I have worked with for 20+ years, as well as past clients. My goal is to make you a satisfied client who will return to me for your next loan and refer your family and friends who may need home financing.

How I Work

My family and my home are very important to me, and it gives me joy to help other families achieve their goal of home ownership. I have handled all phases of a loan application, from processing to underwriting to closing, and I've managed mortgage offices for over 20 years – but what I enjoy most is working directly with my customers.

Whether I'm helping you buy a new home or restructure your current loan, I will work to help you make the best decision on your mortgage. I'll be your primary contact on your loan throughout the process of purchasing or refinancing your home.

As first-time buyers, it was important to have a lender who could meet our needs and educate us along the way. Bell Mortgage and Roberta Havey were terrific. She completed all paperwork and facilitated funding within the 7-day window we were given to close. It was nothing short of a miracle, and she pulled it off!
